Well it can't be all fun and games, can it? Steampunk, put simply, is a science fiction genre typically set in Victorian England with steam-powered futuristic technology. Note: I will be using Victorian era slang/terms and some of the social standings and customs will be the same as Victorian times. They will not usually be politically correct. Get over it. Back then they weren't politically correct. I will try to write a bit at the bottom of the chapters about said customs and views. Don't be offended.
