I knew who he was; he was the "Number One Playboy" of our school. My grandpa noticed how I was staring at him, so he snapped his hands in front of my face, making me turn my head to face him again. "Why do I have to marry him?" I asked him, but not because I didn't want to, though that was somewhat one of my reasons, but I actually wanted to see how it would work out between me and Ben. I was confused as to why I'm marrying him. "Well--" He was suddenly cut off by a man who suddenly embraced him in a hug. I recognized the man as Han Solo, Ben's father, and he whispered something to my grandpa, then he nodded in understanding. "We just need our company to work with theirs, and so you have to get married to him, because you're both the next heirs of the companies." I was still confused. Was it really necessary for me to marry Ben? Was there a secret that my own grandfather is hiding from me? Most importantly, was I really going to force myself to love the boy who would possibly just play with my feelings? ~~~ I really love Reylo, so here's an AU story for them! Rey was just an orphan girl of the streets when she came to work at the castle as a servant. Her simple life would change forever when the renegade prince, Ben was brought back to the castle. He had betrayed his parents, his kingdom and his people, Rey was normally very forgiving but she couldn't let go of the hate she felt for the prince. His parents were willing to forgive him, and give him a second chance but Rey wasn't, not after what he'd done. It was bad enough having him in the castle, it only got worse when the king and queen decided to choose a bride for their son... and they chose her. She didn't want to marry a man she had never met, one she didn't love, one she had felt nothing but hate towards for many years, but she has no choice. (This story was not originally written as a fan fiction. I originally wrote it as an original fiction, with original characters. But I wanted to share it on wattpad as a fan fiction.
