Alex Dixon is Daryl Dixons daughter. She was a normal girl, went to school, got good grades and played sports. She hung out with her friend Beth. Her mother was abusive, her uncle a drug addict and alcoholic. She was at home when her whole world came crashing down around her. For the better or worse?

Alex goes to school thinking is just normal day. One thing she doesn't know is what's going on. She comes home one day to find her mom dead. There is something weird happening. Alex and her group together have to learn how to survive this new world all on their own.
