Luke blinked in disbelief but It was unmistakable; Within Kylo Ren's dark aura of swirling shadows were sparks and flakes of Rey's golden light and together they spiraled as one thriving solar system of both the light and dark. Rey recovered first and she half dragged herself to Ren. Unsure of what would happen next, Luke stood stead fast in his curiosity as the girl stumbled to her knees before his nephew who was still cradling his head between his forearms, his screams only just dying down to muffled whimpers. This fanfic explores a different ending to TROS starting at about the halfway point, when Kylo reveals the truth about Rey in the hangar.
