This was called the Great Intelligence Schism. To keep prejudice a word of the past, the dark and the light country children each have to take a test at the age of seventeen to determine if they have to leave or can stay in the light. No one has every moved from their home countries especially from dark to light until Miyu took the test. She gets accepted into the light countries and has to say goodbye to everyone in the dark countries. Along with that, she has to survive in the light countries.

Aimi or Aim is a human and daughter of the world's best Myth hunter. She lives near the wall built between the two species. She was taught to stay away from Myths. If she ever sees one, she should attack. Kaito or Kai is a Myth and the heir of a big Myth company. His father is trying to develop a way to leave the wretched world they landed on a thousand years ago. He was taught to never encounter a human. If he did, he was instructed to attack. One day they are both curious about each other's worlds and finds a hole in the wall. They climb into it at the same time and realize that the other side wasn't as bad as they were thought. This story is told in the point of view of Aim and Kai.

Lyze is a girl going through the "game of life." She thinks that the game is simple. All you need to do is live through it until it reaches an end but it's not as simple as she thinks.
