When she arrives, she attracts the attention of Mycroft Holmes and develops a relationship that nobody saw coming. A/N: I'm warning you now that this is not a romance. I might throw something in, but no promises. I just figured that there are a lot of fanfics in which Sherlock adopts a child, and I haven't found any for Mycroft, and he is one of my favorite characters. One more warning, I will probably deviate from the actual timeline of the show, so I guess it's technically an AU, but not really. This is my first fanfic so please be understanding.
