While lights decorate the city, there's still crimes to be stopped by the fan-favorite Spiderman, and Peter couldn't be happier. He's with the girl of his dreams, has a badass sidekick, and school ain't half bad either. But Peter's life takes a sudden twist when an old friend returns, and a certain someone who is not too different from Peter with him. You'd think that'd be the end of it, until a determined hunter arrives in New York with a target in mind, causing all kinds of new, destructive problems. While MJ deals with finally letting her guard down, Peter struggles to keep his two worlds from colliding. Not to mention that a dangerous menace has reached their city and now Peter has to do everything in his power to protect those he cares about.
