(Updated Summary) Rachel Roth just wanted to stay with her mom in their private little neighborhood. However, with the bills, it's getting hard for her to live with her mother without being threatened to be taken away. Therefore she is sent to live under her father's care. It's completely against her better judgement, but it's the only way. Moving to Jump City, Rachel must attend Jump City High, a whole new experience for her compared to her very small school and home. Getting use to it is a huge challenge, especially when she's completely anti social. And especially when a certain boy, Garfield Logan, has his eyes on her. The problem is that he's taken by a girl who won't give him up without a fight. But that won't stop him from trying to get to her, but will Rachel let him get close? Or will she push him away, just like she does to everyone else who tries to see past the hoodie she hides under... • • • "I will never let you hide again," he says lowly, taking the hood and pulling it down. And she lets him.
