And as she stared at the items laid before her-a book, few pictures and a gold chain passed through her mother's ring-she found herself facing a dilemma. She wondered if she should mourn over what she had lost or if she should smile at how perfect her little family looked in those pictures. She was angry, enraged even, at how her life had turned out. Who would've thought that all these years she had been living a lie. All that she considered to be true had turned out to be false. Was that not enough of a reason for a person to lose all the trust they had in this world and its people? Or had she trusted the wrong entities all along? And had she trusted and believed with conviction in Him and only Him, the most Beneficent and the Most Merciful, maybe things would've turned out different than how they were now. At least, she wouldn't feel like her world had turned upside down, making her float in thin air with nothing there to act as a support for her.
