It's been three years since the battle against Team Rocket and three years since they took over the world. To prevent anyone from rebelling against the Rockets, there is the annual Regional Games. A region must have every town send in one boy and one girl from the ages of 9 to 22. They shall be sent to the games pre rounds. Only two shall remain standing, and they shall continue to the actual Regional Games, where the two survivors from each region shall continue the games and fight to the death, and one one can make it out of the arena... ... Silver is the son of the current Rocket boss, Giovanni, granting him instant protection from the reaping for the Regional Games. But much to Giovanni's surprise, Silver somehow manages to get thrown into the arena. So Silver must learn how to fight for his life, but will be survive?
