Based off the manga Osomatsu-Kun and of the anime Osomatsu-San. A man named Tougou had gone to the Matsuno residence to stay for a while. Little did the family know that the man in their home was a murderer and a theif. When the eldest Sextuplet, Osomatsu, found out, he tried to warn the others, but Tougou threatened to kill him and his family if he said a word. Eventually he was caught and sent to jail, but now he is back and he is after Osomatsu.

The Matsuno household, home of six neets and their parents. In reality, Matsuno Osomatsu, the only child of the Matsuno household, been diagnosised since childhood with Split Personality Disorder. The rest don't exist, only him.

Osomatsu goes to the horse track but never returns, later, a note is found at the sextuplets' door that will never be forgotten.

When the eldest of the sextuplets begins to act strangely, the others try to find out what he is hiding from them. They weren't prepared for the tragedy that awaited.

Ah I've had this idea in my head for awhile now... So I finally put it into action. (Based around the Osomatsu-kun oneshot with a man named Tougou who stays with the Matsunos but is a robber and makes Osomatsu help him with robberies and things of that nature...) But after all these years he's back. And living with the Matsunos again. The sextuplets fear what he can do, as he has grown more violent from prison.
