This is a collection of poems and quotes I have written.

I've always liked poetry as a form of expressing myself and over the years, I've really started to experiment more with my own poetry, I never usually show my poems to anyone else. Mainly because they become so personal to me. Like a piece of me is exposed through showing them. Since there's a hell of a lot of stigma and stereotype behind mental health illnesses, I,d like to offer the insight into my depressed,mutilated,anxious,OCD,panicked mind, hopefully, this may open some peoples eyes around the issues of mental health.
