Elsa Summers was just an ordinary mermaid when one day a storm arrives in her ocean. Elsa observes the storm seeing a young boy, about her age, fall off the ship and into the cold water. Elsa saves him but she knew she couldn't return him to his parents. Jackson Overland Frost was a rich man with a kind heart. His parents were the king and queen of Oceania. He hopes to find true love one day especially when a girl comes into the kingdom.

He's all over the news in Burgess. "The Snowflake Burglar" as some call him, leaves sprayed snowflakes on every crime scene under the name Jack Frost. He's the usual cocky and mysterious thief who is independent and works alone with his friend Hiccup Haddock, who is the brainy of the two. He stumbles across one of his crime scenes to see a platinum haired girl known as "The White Blizzard", a member of a gang known as The Nightmares. The Nightmares come up a request for him. Will he join the Nightmares and what are the consequences if he denies the offer?

This story takes place in the small kingdom of Overland. Within this small town lives a teenage girl named Elsa. Even though she hates stealing from others she does what she must. But her life is completely turned around the day she meets Prince Frost.
