(Sequel to, A beautiful mistake) Natasha Romanoff is pregnant with Steve Rogers's child. He loves her but she just wants to be on her own. Would he succeed in wooing her?

This will pretty much be a story about Steve and Natasha and their relationship. This is my second story and I hope you'll enjoy it. I'll do my best.

Birthdays are supposed to be happy times, but not for super spy Natasha Romanoff. The same nightmare constantly replays on the days before her birthday, warning her something bad will occur. A strong, dark presence that only Natasha can see is trying to kill her, along with her loved one and friends if they interfere. Will Natasha save the ones she cares about and loves, including herself? --- I do not own the canon Marvel characters, but I do own a few minors in the story. This is JUST a fan fiction and has never happened in any of the events in Marvel Comics.

Steve Rogers treats his partner– Natasha Romanoff like a little sister and his best friend. But as their friendship develops, he discovers they can't be 'just friends' or 'just siblings', but more than those relationships. He has fallen for Natasha and he knows it, despite how much he's keeping his distance with her. Steve still can't get over his first love– Peggy Carter, and he loves her too. But years have passed. It's a struggle between two women whom are close to him. Plus, God knows what Natasha herself is thinking. Steve must make up his mind, and face the troubles he's facing. Read up to find out.

The story continues after the events of Kiss Me in the Rain. Years have passed since Steve Rogers and Natasha Romanoff shared their first kiss under the rain and went their separate ways, trying to rebuild their lives in a fragile world. But when a devastating conflict forces the Avengers onto opposing sides, old wounds resurface. Loyalties are tested. Love and duty collide once more. As the storm of civil war rises, Steve and Natasha must face the painful question: can something once broken ever be whole again? This is the second part of a five-part journey, where love, sacrifice, and fate are put to the ultimate test.

Waking up 70 years later is a big step for Steve. But with his past love gone, who can he turn to in this new world? Natasha Romanoff might be able to change his mind about the new world, and maybe even his heart. Steve was MIA and Natasha got news that he was dead. She wrote in a diary often and wrote about how she felt towards him. Until he comes back and finds the diary.
