This is the spin off series to the 'Solvergent series' (make sure you read that series first) and is from the point of view of Alannia Snow, Raven and Jared's daughter. Things are changing in Panem, and thirteen is causing a disturbance. Alannia has to live with what's happening around her, and will have to watch her loved ones change. Things happen and her whole life can fall apart at any given moment. It's how she deals with it that matters.
