Maraming nagsasabi na ang ulan ay minsan,malas. Pero marami rin ang nagsasabi na ang ulan ay may dalang swerte. Kung sa mga halaman swerte ito dahil ang ulan ang nagdadala ng maraming tubig na tumutulong sakanila. Sa mga estudante ito ay swerte kasi pwedeng hindi sila papasok sa school dahil sa ulan. At para sa mga ibang tao, na single at mga in a relationship dahil sa ulan ito daw ay swerte kasi nagdadala ito ng LOVE. Pero para sakin parehong swerte at malas ang ulan.Bakit?
