The weapon was commonly known as a Kurin. After this creation the 6 regions began to make schools to teach students how to use Kurin. The graduating students were called Rinu Reapers. And the high class elite student joined a group that composed of all 6 regions.It was called the R.A.S.( Rinu Assassins Society) cities soon vacant
