ok so this is a book filled with quotes alot of these quotes are to do with selfharm, depression and suicide. These are some of my favorite quotes and poems. Some of them are written by me but not all of them. If you suffer from SH, depression, suicidal thoughts, ED's or ANYTHING else I will always be there for you.

If you have female friends, you're a player" You can't do anything without being labeled. We live in a society where people can't survive if they're not judging the next person. If you're proud of who you are and don't care what anyone else thinks. Add this book. I love when people are happy and I want people to be happy, so maybe some of these inspirational quotes will shine a light in your day. Sounds corny I know (but it's true).
