I don't own Black Butler, sadly, nor the pictures.

This book is for creating oc's, and I hope it can help you when creating one or improving the one you have. :) I have made a lot of oc's and read a ton on how to make them, so I feel qualified enough to share my thoughts and help create awesome oc's! It has been a while and I haven't fulfilled my promises to write, but I am in a place where I can write more. I plan on editing what I have written and I am going to work on a couple of more stories that I have in the works. I may post a couple of stories that I am working on, but nothing is definite.
