Mackenzie James has a rough life. Both her parents are abusive alcoholics and she seems to be a magnet for misfortune. However, when her best friend, Mel, gets her tickets to see Ed Sheeran, her favorite singer on her birthday things seem to be perfect. That is until she runs in to trouble before and after the concert, where she ends up running in to a special ginger.
