Throughout time most people don't know about the supernatural creatures living among them, but they're there. Throughout the many years many keep their powers hidden or strictly to emergency use. However some outspoken few bring their powers into the light only to get captured. Vlad is a man that never knew anything outside the blank walls of the institution known only as the Hospital. He was a vampire captured shortly after birth. He was convinced that everything outside the walls of the Hospital was just a wasteland of despair. While he rebelled occasionally for the treatment of the other supernaturals there, as it was poor, he otherwise just kept his nose clean. Until one night when a dark side of him awakened. Horrified of what he has become he fled, only to run into Aisling, another supernatural that has taken more into hiding in the dark forests. Vlad and Aisling have to save as many people as they can from the sadistic clutches of the Hospital, while also fleeing the government. New villains seem to make their plight impossible but with then help of a few others, including one that can change the course of the entire battle, there seems to be a growing light at the end of their never-ending tunnel.
