Waking in a strange place, Naomi and Mikito need to figure out what they are doing there and how to fix their problem of amnesia. Helping Raphael, Michealangelo, Donatello, and Leonardo with their quests, the girls find themselves in odd ends. However, the four turtles they are supposedly staying with aren't sure how to react to the two girls either but are determined to stay on their good side while helping them remember. Will the girls remember what their purpose in this "lair" is or will they eventually learn to live with the odd choice?

After the celebration of everyone defeating the Kraang Techno-Drome, it's time to get back out to training and stopping Shredder. But one mistake leads to another and that mistake branches off into dozens. So with all of the mistakes, how will the Turtles and the girls control the problems?
