You were always a curious child. One day, your curiosity took you too far. You lived not to far from a mountain, MT. Ebott, and always wanted to see what was on the top. Your parents had told you stories about the mountain and you had always wanted to see if they were true, being the naïve child you were. One day, you reached the top after a while of climbing. You looked around, not realising where you were walking and fell into a gaping black hole. You woke up to a soft voice of a goat-like monster who, ever since that moment, took care of you and loved you. She taught you magic and all sorts of recipes. Everything she knew and you loved it. But what happens when you grow up more?

Frisk was a good friend of mine, despite the age gap. About a week ago, they disappeared, only recently found. It wasn't long for Monsters to return as well. I, in all honestly, am scared. The world will be changing, and change never comes easy. Frisk seemed happy, though, in fact so far it's been okay. Frisk introduced me to all the monsters, becoming great friends with many of them, in fact... I've even fallen for one. Unfortunately, I doubt love between a human and a monster will ever be okay, especially when humans have already started to react towards the monsters negatively.

(Y/N) was a monster, no mistake about that. Well, actually, a lot of other monsters thought she was a human. After all, she did look human. Yet, she was able to convince.... most of the monsters that she was in fact, one of them. A few of them still would mistake her for one and one monster, in particular, wouldn't stop trying to 'hunt her down so that she could be taken to the capital'. Still, (Y/N) loved "Home", as she belonged there much more than she belonged to the human world. Yet, ever since Frisk, the Fallen Human, showed up, things started to act strange. It felt as her memory had been... "restarted" and she was going through the same thing over and over. Not only that, but Sans started to act strange... and she was determined to figure out why.

Warning! There is a chance that there will be spoilers for the pacifist run of undertale. I recommend finishing that before reading this. There won't be any spoilers for the no mercy run, so don't worry about that! Also, don't worry about anything NSFW/lemon if that's not what you're into-there won't be any of that here. You're a human that's fallen down into the underground. You've decided that you'll stay instead of going home after fighting Asgore and sparing him. Now, you had made some great friendships while in the underground-but one of those friends in particular was one you'd like to be a little more than friends with... Aaaa an X reader fic! I haven't done one of these before, but I hope you still like it!

It's been a couple days after the fight with Asriel and the human (Y/N) is filled with Determination to save the poor flower that was once Toriel and Asgore's deceased son. Will they teach the flower to trust them and to love... probably not. Guess you'll have to read to find out friends.

Hiya! This is going to be my first fan fiction. I have recently been obsessing over undertale, and sans is my favorite character. I have already read a lot of sans x reader and decided that's what I wanted to write. I don't know how long this story is gonna be or how often ill update, but ill see how it goes and if you guys like it I might do more in the future. XD wish me luck! Ps.
