Phil, admittedly, has a small problem when it comes to noticing things. It's a weakness of his, he'll admit. He's always been oblivious to the small messages on his coffee cup, up until now anyway, which raises the question: how long has his barista been writing bad pickup lines on his cup? /Inspired by an au on Tumblr/

Dan is a firm believer that love doesn't exist. Not in adults, and definitely not in high school. He detests silly love stories and petty relationships, posing as 'love', and nothing could possibly change his mind in that. But when new student Phil takes an intrest in Dan, he can't deny that he's interested in the boy. His bubbly personality and hopeless romantic ways draw Dan in.....and might just change his mind in the thoughts of love.

Phil is an ordinary guy with an ordinary life. Nothing very special about him, he's just normal. But it all changes when, on the weirdest day of his life, he meets the very quiet and recluse, Dan Howell. He's different. Phil doesn't usually do different, but something about Dan makes him want to try it. But when he's pulled into a world he didn't even know existed, he doesn't know if his choice was such a smart one. Because, there's a reason Dan is different. And it might not be so good.

Phil doesn't talks. Well, not anymore. The last time he said something, was when he didn't hate himself. And that was a long time ago. But now, everything is different. He must struggle with depression, whilst new boy Dan Howell desperately attempts to win him over. [Warning: this could be triggering at some points]
