No matter how close you are to them, there are certain things you just don't say. No matter how lonely you feel, there are certain people you just don't befriend. No matter how much you've fallen, there's always a guy you shouldn't give your heart to... Sadly for me, I learnt the last one only after I had gotten my heart broken. They say that you shouldn't look down upon anyone, or you will be put in their situation and made to experience the crisis. When I was fourteen, I had rolled my eyes at a girl who was sobbing histerically over a guy who liked her best friend. And I was probably paying the price for that now. However, I was trying my best to fit my feet in the shoes I had been given. I was trying and I was managing just fine. What I didn't need was a trouble maker who entered my life without permission. The guy who claimed to be bowled over by me, the one with a broken heart. Little did he know, I had entrusted myself to Al Malik, The Owner of me and my heart. And if he had to reach me, he had to do so by pleasing Allah. Which wasn't possible for a guy like him. Or so I thought.

This is a compilation I am making of the Islamic fiction available on Wattpad of which I find mostly appropriate. There is a large variety of fiction on Wattpad claiming to be "Islamic," but not so many of them actually are. I am extremely careful regarding the material I read on Wattpad, and I only choose books I find to mostly Islamically appropriate. I don't care if a book is cliche, as long as it is written well and it is appropriate. I will list a number of books here that I liked which I found appropriate enough to be read. Bear in mind that most of them are not completely Islamic, and some of them are more culture-based, but they are of a more Islamic nature than many others found on here. My books will also be listed. From the author of You, my Punishment and Have you..? 'Vincent Van Gogh used to eat yellow paint because he thought it would get the happiness inside him. Many people thought he was mad and stupid for doing so because the paint was toxic, never mind that it was obvious that eating paint couldn't possible have any direct correlation to one's happiness, but I never saw that. If you were so unhappy that even the maddest ideas could possible work, like painting the walls of your internal organs yellow, than you are going to do it. It's really no different than falling in love or taking drugs. There is a greater risk of getting your heart broken or overdosing, but people still do it everyday because there was always that chance it could make things better. Everyone has their yellow paint.' I closed the page of my laptop and sighed. The things I've been reading were not helping me to have peace with myself. I looked in the corner of my room. It looked gorgeous. The blue balloon looked gorgeous. Blue stands for communication, for trust. For logic and for calm. Blue is thinking, light, sun, sky. But to me, blue has the worse inside. To me blue is cold. Blue has lack of emotion. Blue is unfriendly. It was never there for me. No one was. Blue looked gorgeous from the outside, but from the inside it was empty. Empty as my soul. Nila was having a battle inside of her. Her mind wasn't logical. Things never made sense. She was trying to find something, but always ended up with empty hands. She knew that there was a truth somewhere hidden in the world. She knew she would find it. She started receiving letters that was going to change that. But what she didn't know was how broken she would be when she finally found it. How many broken blue balloons will there be when she has finally peace with her mind, peace with her own yellow paint. ~ Islamic romance story. I warn you for the grammar mistakes.
