Ashton was gay. His crush the most popular kid in school, Luke hemmings, was straight and probably didn't like him. Ashton was tired of crying and Luke finds a way to fix him. Things change majorly between them as Luke keeps secrets.

"Didn't your mother tell you not to talk to strangers?" "Yeah, but you seem innocent enough for me to talk to you." "I have a lip ring and tattoos. How does this seem innocent?" "I don't know." Or, Where Luke Hemmings is a punk and comes across Ashton Irwin who loves to wear large sweaters and flower crowns.

Surely it was just another summer romance.. or not. A popular jock meets an intriguing boy who likes to look pretty, Luke thinks he'll never meet the pretty boy again but fate decides otherwise.

Ashton's always been a loner due to being openly gay, but at his new school he seems to get along well. He makes new friends and gets great marks. But there's this one guy that acts very strange around him, getting aggressive whenever Ashton's in his sight. Well, somehow this guy happens to be none other than his new stepbrother.
