"If you don't stop, I'll-" "You'll what?" He interrupted, smirking against my jawline. "Call the police?" Jane Kingsley is a Veterinary Medicine major at the University of California-Davis. Lilly Martin is not model-material, but Adam Hiller is, and it turns out he likes to wear dresses when nobody's looking, and is in fact not a 'he' at all. When their school announces a fashion designing competition, Lilly decides to kill two (or three) birds with one stone and: 1) Win the fashion competition by making the best dress Edgley High has ever seen. 2) Help Adam (who prefers Eve, thank you very much) come out as the girl she is. 3) Annoy the bigots. Everyone thinks being the Preacher's daughter is so easy but let me tell you a little secret, it isn't. You have to be perfect all the time no matter what, and I was perfect or at least I let everyone believe that I was, until Alex that is. Alex liberated me. Alex made me the person I am today and I guess that's why I am telling my story now because I want to make sure that people know if they meet a person like Alex to hold on tight and never let go because they don't come by very often. My story starts on the first page all you have to do is grab a coffee, get comfy and read.
