Winter break is over and it's the first day of the second term of the school year. Alex would usually be excited, but for some reason she just feels.. numb. Maybe because she's been staying up after midnight every night, thinking about all her dreams; adventures, spontaneous trips in the middle of the night, creating music, and meeting that special someone. This story is about 17 year old Alex Caldwell, during her Junior year in High School. She struggles with telling her parents about her sexuality, dealing with school and creating & publishing music. Alex's life is great in general though, but it just seems like something is missing. Something that can make her feel again and give her the motivation back in her life, so when a new mysterious girl starts at her school, Alex begin to think that maybe that girl is exactly what she needs. But is she what Alex expects her to be? --------------------------------------------------------------------- This is my first story, so be patient with me. I don't really have a plan for it, I just come up with things as I go. Because of school, and life in general, I will write and update when I have the time and inspiration. I am aware of possible misspellings and choices of words that may not fit so well etc., but that's something we just have to live with seeing as it's not my native language!
