After Arabelle's mother dies when she is only 10, Arabelle is forced to step in as the mother to her many siblings as they go and live with their father. At the age of 12 & 1/2 Arabelle falls pregnant with her first child later giving birth to her daughter Bella just after her 13th birthday. 1 year later has her second kid Mateo at aged 14. All whilst raising her 3 full siblings and 8 half siblings. Arabelle's OBGYN Carina Deluca Bishop takes on Arabelle and her children with her wife Maya after a terrible fire catches the group home Arabelle and her siblings are living in, the fire killing 7 of Arabelle's siblings that night. The 4 siblings that survived get separated from Arabelle, from that night onwards occasionally hearing from them as they grow older.
