However, when Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy are selected as Head Boy and Head Girl, the two enemies are inevitably forced to spend time together for the concluding year. Additionally, they unknowingly still face the impending threat of what is left of Lord Voldemort's dark forces. In spite of the turbulent year that is to come, Hermione soon discovers the real complexity of post-war Draco while Draco discovers new feelings and hope in his troubled life.
