After the death of Master Qui-gon Jinn, Obi-wan takes on Anakin Skywalker as an apprentice. The Council laster decides that Jade should also have a Padawan. When Jade's old friend Padme arrives in Coruscant, she visits her and ends up chasing an assassin with Obi-wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker. She gets thrown in to the mission when Obi-wan and Anakin split up. Obi-wan and Jade embark are trying to find Padme's bounty hunter only to find what may be the beginning of the Republic Clone Army.

When Jade Terrano starts on making her first lightsaber as a young padawan at the age of 8, she notices something, or rather, someone. ~Takes place during the Revenge of The Sith plot line~ (4th book in the Age of Jedi series, go read the first 3 if you haven't :-)) When the Supreme Chancellor Palpatine gets captured by the Separatists, Jade commands a fleet of Jedi cruisers to distract the Separatist's fleet while Obi-wan and Anakin sneak on board to get the chancellor back.
