'Jumpers' pick random people off the streets and sell them to a laboratory where they are turned into hybrids through the gruesome process before being sold into the auctions. Everyone wants their own pet hybrid that's tamed to perfection. To them its a status symbol, it's the rich usually always have a poor helpless hybrid by their feet at all times. But to us, the people ripped from their family's never to be seen again, the people who were cut open and implanted with inhuman traits, the people who are beat and abused on a daily basis for the stupidest of things, to the people who were labeled 'freaks' and 'pets' because of what's happened to us, to us hybrids; its worse than h*ll could ever be.
