It's a regular day. Dipper looking through his journal being obsessed with the weirdness of Gravity Falls. Mabel being fun and awesome, not caring that much for the journal, just sitting in her bed with her pig Waddles. But... Is everything really as it seems? One morning Dipper and Mabel wake up on the muster shack gift shop floor. Everything is fine until they look over to the cash register to find Robbie working instead of Wendy. Then they face towards the stars to find... Themselves?! The other Mabel had been wearing a fluffy brown jacket, pine tree dress, and brown boots. The Dipper was wearing a shirt yellow and blue with a yellow star, brown shorts, and he had a bandage on the side of his face. Were on earth did they land this time?

This fanfic takes place in the 1920s. After their house burns down, killing their parents, Mabel and Dipper are taken care of by their Grandfather, Stanford and their great uncle, Stanley. The two brothers don't always see eye to eye and they live on the opposite sides of the country from each other, Stanley in New York and Stanford in Gravity Falls. They decide the only way to help each other out, is to split the twins up. Dipper with Stanley and Mabel with Stanford. This fanfic was inspired by tybay's artwork on deviantart! (Look at cover) I don't know how her story goes, but this is the idea she gave me when I looked through her art! You can go and see it for yourself! I AM NO LONGER CONTINUING THIS STORY!! Twins Dipper and Mabel go to visit their great uncle Ford for Christmas brake at the Mystery Museum. They go looking for creatures and monsters, but they didn't deep down neither of them acctualy thought they would find anything too interesting. ...They were wrong. Come see what darkness lies beneath the town of Gravity Falls. Here's a little expaination to those of you who don't know what Gravity Rises is. All main character's roles and personality's are swapped with with others. Dipper and Mabel's personality's are swapped, Gideon's and Pacifica's roles are swapped, Wendy's and Robbie's roles are swapped and Ford and Stan's roles are reversed (Stan was the one pulled in the portal and Ford is trying to get him back). Bill's personality is basically the same but... the situation he is in is somewhat different (Don't worry, you'll see). And Soos... Soos is the universal constant who Hold The Fabrics Of The Dimension Together! (AKA I didn't know who to revers him with when I started the story.
