These are my thoughts on what might have happened if they had a sister and if the sister just so happened to be Edward's twin sister. I'm rather bad at summaries. This story mostly follows Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

You're traveling with them to try and get the philosopher's stone, but as you're traveling, you find you've lost some interest in getting your body back, and found more interest in Ed himself.
