Magbestfriend na noon pa sina Kath at Quen dahil sa tagal ng kanilang pagkakaibigan simula nung mga bata pa sila. Ngunit, sa pagbabalik ng 'first all-time crush' ni Kath na si Sam ay lalong hindi siya nawalan ng pag-asang maaalala siya ng 'first love' niyang tinatawag. Sa kasikatan pa ni Sam ay tila natabunan na talaga si Quen sa pag-asa niya para sa kanyang bestfriend na si Kath. Sa pagkawala ni Quen sa buhay ni Kath, would it be the only way to realize that Quen is all she wants? This was based on an inspirational story.
