This is about two years after 2015 PAX (The one Sean went to for his first time in America) Jacksepticeye/Jack/Sean has been posting his videos as usual, so it takes the eye of a great friend to realize a slight change that might be connected to a bigger issue. Markiplier/Mark is curious about some small changes in one of his friend's behavior so he becomes determined to find out what caused them, and just how much greater these changes are vs how they appear to be.

Emily is a young girl adopted by two men, Mark and Sean, who happen to be a couple. As she begins to grow up, she is given a diary to keep her most precious and most memorable moments in. As she writes in her entries, she also has flashbacks of the exact moments in which they occurred.
