The only thing Christopher Knight had learned to do with perfection was lying.
It started off as a defense mechanism, an escape from reality. White lies. Somewhere along the way, the line blurred. White changed to grey and eventually turned black. When life lashed out at him, threatening to push him over the edge, he reacted in the only way he knew.
He lied.
It did not get better. Chris spiraled into a bottomless pit of bitterness and smoke. He promised himself that he would never trust again. He would never listen to anyone again. To him, the world had lost its little color, and soon enough, he would lose himself too.
But his lies suddenly turn into a life sentence when he accidentally witnesses a murder -- mere minutes before he could take his own life.
Now, with no one to believe him and no one to listen, Chris is caught in the cruelest plot twist of his life -- something that could change him forever or destroy it all in one shot.
What happens when a liar finally decides to tell the truth?
