All my life I have been absent from everyone's reality. The only reality I have ever been present in was my own and my mother's. My mom has always told me I'm special and that I'm the best thing she's ever seen. Seen If she can see me why can't anyone else. I'm not special I'm not here I'm absent from reality I'm not seen It' about 1:50am right now and I've given up on my thoughts and try to go to sleep. I then hear my window slide open and a large thump. After that my entire reality changed. He was pessimistic She was optimistic He didn't want to go anywhere or see anybody because no one could see him. She wanted to remember. #Onceuponnow

Fourteen year old Charlotte (Char) Camblestin is done. She just can't handle this anymore. So she decides to jump from her attic bedroom window. Wait, something happens as she goes through that window. She finds herself in a whole new world. She meets new friends like Grelle, the mysterious hunter. Or Harlow, the cowardly wolf tamer. She may even be falling for Prince Emerson. Not to mention the fact that a friendly magician tells her that she is special. Though, she has to make a decision. Will she stay in this wonderful world with her new friends, and majestic life. Or will she go back through the attic window to the real world where everything seems to go wrong.
