New schools suck. Especially when you have no friends and when you're a senior. I just moved to California from Florida. My dad always said that I was beautiful but my mom and brothers said I wasn't just beautiful I was more than that. They said I was smart, funny, talented, and much more. Unfortunately, my ex-jerk-of-a- boyfriend really only wanted me for my looks and his status and reputation, or that's what I thought. That's why he broke up with me when I told him I was moving away during the summer. It's amazing how a boy can tell you he loves you one day then dumps you the next. ____________________________________ I ran through the open doors of the school gym into the pouring rain. I thought some boys where different but I guess I was wrong. They are hit two-timing-jerks. I am soaked by now, crying my eyes out. Boys will never change. Girls here is a life lesson keep up walls. Don't let anyone in unless its a bestfriend you know you can trust or the love of your life. Even then be careful, no matter what. I texted Emily and told her to tell the girls and my 'boyfriend' that I wasn't feeling well and I'm going home. I wasn't expecting a reply so I just started walking down the side walk, but I barely got five steps before a black SUV pulled in front of me. I stepped back scared.
