Amanda Waller a behind the scenes government official that controls all of the criminal and superhero activity assembles Task Force X. Task Force X is a group of powerful criminals that are implanted with bombs in there heads and are forced to go on suicide missions. Ms. Waller sends them to assassinate the worlds most dangerous villain, The Joker.
