My name is Scarlet Walker, I was just released from a level 5 maximum security prison facility for super powered teenage delinquents. Unfortunately for me, I wasn't released because I did my time, I've been selected for a government team the people have been calling : Faction Five. They take supers from prison and use them as puppets. So I guess I won't be blowing up the city any time soon - unless I want my head blown off.
