Book three of the Forgotten series ~ Weakness is not allowed in the Mountain packs. Living in the mountains, away from civilization and away from the eyes of mundanes. The Mountain packs are harsh and brutal. Shifter against shifter. Pack against pack. Wolves against wolves. All fighting for the same thing. Survival. Azrael Thorn was a powerful Alpha. He had taken his title by force, as tradition dictated. Power and authority of the Alphas and shifters who had challenged him and lost radiated off of his tall, bulky frame. He was dangerous and he was everything an Alpha of a Mountain pack should be. Yet he had no mate or family to call his own. But a mate who could not stand the bitterly cold winters or the brutality of the pack would not produce strength. It would only bring weakness. Weakness is not allowed in the Mountain packs. ~ If the pain stops, it means you are dead. Lace Owens is underestimated at every turn. Her small and delicate built matches her name but the power of defeated enemies hang off her heavily. A power and an authority that would bring many men to their knees if they sensed it, hangs off of her like an oppressively dark cloud but she hides it carefully. Unwilling to let anyone see just how powerful she has become. Her skin is marked with a painful past and she has turned a thing of cruelty into a thing of beauty with her blade. Swirling patterns adorning her skin, hiding the cruelty among her willing pain, her only comfort against the world around her. If the pain stops, it means you are dead. ~ Two world collide as Azrael and Lace form a bond and spiral down into unfamiliar territory where Azrael is shown that strength doesn't always come from size and Lace learns that love can spring from even the most painful places. Together they show the werewolf world a long held belief still stands strong. Weakness is not allowed in the Mountain packs. ~

Book 2 in The "Jandy" Romance Series The continuing romance between our heroine, Dr. Jennifer Parks, a Family Medicine Resident in Salt Lake City, Utah and Andy Robertson, an architect newly moved to the city who will likely avoid sleeping pills for the rest of his life (read book 1 to get this joke ;). Our story starts essentially where we left off: Jen and Andy have newly consummated their relationship and are beginning to explore what it means to be a couple. What can you expect from book 2? Lots of wit, humor and feminism through the eyes of a young doctor? Check. A budding romance between Andy's brother and Jen's best friend? Check. Out and proud LGBTQIA characters who live their authentic selves? Check. Medical topics such as STI screening, poverty, loneliness, sex-positivity (especially in the LGBTQ space), HIV PrEP, trans hormone therapy, birth control and domestic violence? Check. Stories of women and politics sprinkled in so that you know that the author has more on her mind than food and dick? Check and check. Oh, and lots of hot, dirty sex. checkcheckcheckcheck As always, this book is for MATURE audiences. It is chock full of swearing and totally graphic sex and all kinds of crazy medical stuff and just all around nonsense. Consider this your warning for every chapter. Explicit material herein, no other trigger warnings will be provided.

Frankie's about as far from a 'cougar' as it's possible to get. Sure, she's an older, attractive woman and he's a younger, hot guy but she doesn't own a pair of killer heels, she'd never contemplate Botox and she's definitely not in the market for a toy boy. For goodness sake, he's barely older than her daughter who also, incidentally, happens to be his friend. Sometimes, though, life has a funny way of giving you what you actually need rather than what you think you need!

His mother is widely considered to be both the greatest mind of the 19th century and the most feared woman of the 21st. Even if he does have to endure the hatred from the supernatural community for daring to be born a vampire. But when Cree dumps him, he finds he's lost even that lack-lustre future. Shunned by a supernatural community that doesn't want his kind, he has no choice but to throw himself into the human world that he hardly dares to join. Sin and symphony. That's all a necromancer needs. Octavia is a woman of many hats -- a maestro, an educator, a wanderer and an accomplished liar, and she wears all of them at once if need be. Masquerading as a music teacher, she travels the world on a mission to rid it of the netherborne -- a scourge from beyond the grave. When her travels take her to the tiny island of Hedalda, she finds a town on its knees, under the heel of the netherborne, and a people who believe necromancers are the worst thing to happen to humanity. Wit and a song, necromancy through music, was all she ever needed. But this time it isn't enough. The scourge looms larger with each song Octavia plays, and to save Hedalda she must navigate a web of deceit, look beyond sin and symphony, all while keeping her true identity a secret.
