My jog slowed, and I pulled up my hood in hopes that he wouldn't notice that it was me. Everything was intensified: the burning in my calfs, the breaths I took, the pain in my chest, but the most unbearable was his gaze. It never left me, and I couldn't help but look back at him. Time was the slowest it had ever been. Seconds felt like a millennium, and the minute it took me to round the corner and go past him, well, that felt like I had witnessed the big bang and every thing up until this very moment. Maybe he wouldn't notice me now that I've filled out and have a different hair color, but he wouldn't have jumped up like that if Brett didn't already suspect it was me. I made it off of the track, and began to go back to my house, when I heard the scariest thing ever: footsteps. Heavy footsteps thudded behind me. They could only be one person, and I didn't exactly want to talk to Brett right now. I picked up my pace while cursing my boobs for getting big. I also cursed at myself for not wearing a sports bra. "Jess... Jess wait up!" He yelled, in a high pitched voice, I managed to say, "I'm not Jess you creep!" This threw him off guard for a total of three seconds, but that was just enough time to put more distance between us. By now I was sprinting, hoping that I had more endurance than I'm used to. "Stop! Jess, I.. Jess I need to talk to you," his words sounded innocent, but the way he said them made him sound like he was psychotic. "go away Brett!" i yelled. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ChickLit #79 / Romance#344 like this story? check this one out on my other account! @Anna_Green_ http://www.wattpad.com/106619409-all-because-of-cristofer-grey-chapter-1

"I don't trust you." Amelia said in all honesty. "Smart girl." Brady said. Amelia took a step closer. "But," Brady stopped what he was busy with and watched with curious eyes as Amelia stood a few feet away from him with her wide blue eyes solely on him. "But no matter how much I want to, I can't stay away." Brady dropped the wrench that was in his hand and after wiping the slight amount of grease off his forehead he stepped closer to her. "I take back what I said." He said tilting his head to the side. "You have to be the stupidest girl I know." Amelia took in a breath. "That's what my brain keeps on telling me too." "Then listen to your brain." Brady said menacingly. "Because I doubt daddy would want his precious angel to be playing with broken toys." "I don't care." Amelia stated confidently. Brady caught her off guard and grabbed her waist, yanking her closer to him. "If you intend on keeping your heart in one piece, I suggest you start to care." Amelia gulped. "Well, I'm all about taking risks and this is a risk I'm willing to take Brady." Brady Ryland and Amelia Stanton are worlds apart, he's a damned bad boy with a troubled childhood and she's a spoilt girl with the world at her feet. Until one day when they meet under unusual circumstances and perspectives and plans start to change but mostly they start to change each other. Among demons of the past, deceit, betrayal, love and family, lays the bittersweet tale of close to perfect Amelia and flawed Brady.

Moving to a new neighborhood is never easy; new friends, new school, new teachers...new neighbors. Evelyn Chi Grant was a typical girl; not one of the cliche popular girls, but not like the super nerdy people as well. Well, she was in the middle of the nerdy people and the usual people. When learning about her mother and her father's divorce, her mother decides to take her to Chicago, Illinois; one of the most crime-infested cities. Right when they get to Chicago, things start off bad. The first day Evelyn is there, she sees a plate of pizza rolls from the window across from hers, almost begging for her to get them. She does, being the stupid hungry girl she was. But before she successfully goes back to her room, she is stopped and dragged, literally dragged back into the room, seeing the guy she saw on the airport that helped her. After the meeting, she finds out that he is her neighbor, with the name of Aristotle Leonardo Colins. But not only is he her neighbor... He is the bad boy and the gang leader of the Ravens, and what's more, he calls her his sunshine.
