Dr. L/N not only was helping Dr. Matoi on his research on life fibers and creating a kamui with him made for his daughter Ryuko Matoi, he was also working in secret on a radioactive arachnid called Steatoda Nobilis, also known as a Noble False Widow. Afterwards however, Dr. L/N along with is friend Dr. Matoi was mysteriously killed on his way home to see his son Y/N L/N who was currently staying at his friends, seeing as his mother had died early in his life. Y/N then soon found out that his father was put in the hospital, so he went to see him as fast as possible, only to find out from the Doctors that his father didn't survive and all that was left was a note and a promise that he has to keep But when a little radioactive spider bites him in the hand not only will it affect his mission to avenge his father, it also changes his life forever.
