This story takes place in the eyes of young Daniel as he lives after failing his trial by some crazy accident. He must learn how to live another day every day alone and injured. While scavenging, stealing, trying to protect his family, committing crimes against the Republic, and hiding from anyone after him that is. The beautiful story of Day and June and the War between the Republic & Colonies ended in June's POV, with her meeting Day (or should I say Daniel) again 10 years later. However I thought it would only be fair if we got to hear Day's POV of his encounter with June I mean he was the one who lost his memory and was left behind. Has Day really forgotten all about June? Will he ever remember his past and what they had together? I know I don't really conclude the series but I just wanted a little more hope than what Marie Lu gave and I really wondered what was going on in Day's mind so this is what i came up with. Enjoy!

This is my ending to what I believe should happen after the end of Champion. I just finished the series for the third time and I've always imagined a life in my head, but realized that now I can put it down on paper. Well actually, in this case a computer screen but what's the difference anyway? ALL RIGHTS BELONG TO THE AMAZING MARIE LU!!!!
