WATTY AWARD WINNER OF 2015 - #JustWriteIt Challenge ✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾ The hero of her dreams was too bad to be true. ✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾ Villain Academy; where all the psychotic teenagers are trained to be the world's best villains. Try being the baddest of them all when the Puberty Truck is smacking you in the face--repeatedly. It's a hard time for young, attractive villains who haven't reached eighteen. And you'd think they already have enough to deal with when their worst urban legend fear appears: The Hero. So isolating evil-minded, puberty-hitting, aggressive teenagers into a confined brick building may not be the most intelligent choice of mankind. It was inevitable for there to be one hell of a problem. And that problem was me.

It only takes a few letters sent to each other for them both to become friends. Although they are very different, they both share an interest in the headline news story about the 'Mirror Thief' - A kidnapper who always returns his victims, but they always return in tears claiming to have lost their supposed 'twin.' The parents always say the same thing; they don't have any brothers or sisters. But when Amelia's mother finds out exactly who her new 'pen-pal' is, she starts acting strange. Eighteen-year-old Emily Heath is desperate to leave her dead-end town, known locally as "The Sham". She'd love to leave with her boyfriend, Jack, but he's very, very sick; his body is failing and his brain is shutting down. He's also in hiding, under suspicion of murder. Six months' ago, strange signs were painted across town in a dialect no one has spoken for decades and one of Emily's classmates washed up in the local floods. Emily has never trusted her instincts and now they're pulling her towards Jack, who the police think is a sham himself, someone else entirely. As the town wakes to discover new signs plastered across its walls, Emily must decide who and what she trusts, and fast: local vigilantes are hunting Jack; the floods, the police, and her parents are blocking her path; and the town doesn't need another dead body. The story is now complete. Please read and vote! Thanks Please note: The book contains scenes that contain harsh scenes of bullying, descriptions about murder scenes and light sexual content.
