The world has crumbled right in front of my eyes. One minute it was my birthday, and I was blowing out the candles on the cake. The next minute I was sending an arrow through an eyeball. It's crazy how fast things change, it seems almost impossible to keep up with the ever changing atmosphere. It's good I have my family, both blood related and not. During these times, you don't look back. *There are of course some minor plot holes within this story, I wrote this years ago. Beatrix and Daryl had never met before. In fact, they lived two completely different lives. Beatrix lived in the city, right beside of the hospital, which is where she spent most of her time. Her favorite thing to do at work-besides work, of course-was to talk to her patients and the nurses. She had never been in trouble a day in her life. She had a perfect record, not even being stained with as little as a speeding ticket. Daryl lived in a secluded cabin, at least three miles away from any civilization. The only time he ever talked to anybody was when he was forced to at work. He was constantly in and out of jail, mostly taking the blame for his older brother, but nobody knew that except for him. He destroyed the name Dixon. You couldn't have picked two people that were more different. What happens when the apocalypse brings them together? Will they ever be able to be together? It's hard to imagine finding anything as beautiful as love now a days. Passion, desire and friendships is an amazing gift that should be cherished. Protected and aloud to grow more needed than your next breath of air. I never expected to find such happiness and contentment for I was positive I would just simply exist until my time had come. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would find a man like Rick Grimes much less have him fall for me. I was living the fairy tale until she came back. Out of no where years later she walked through the doors of our camp. Now I stand to loose it all as Rick has to choose between the two of us. His wife or me.......
