Hiro noticed and they both started arguing while Hiro walked into the street. Tadashi pushes Hiro out of the way before a car hits him but unfortunately, the elder is the one who ends up hit. Tadashi is sent to the hospital where his heart stops several times. Hiro feels guilty of what he caused so depression consumes him. Hiro must tell Tadashi his feelings before he leaves the world but he doesn't want his older brother to hate him when he might die. Everyday Hiro visits Tadashi in the hospital and tries to get clues if his older brother loves him in a family way or In a romantic way.
