What would it be like if you couldn't walk on the ground? Try it and see how easy it is. It's not is it. Well that's my life every single day. Hi my name is Christine Parker. I'm 13 years old and I go to West Coast Middle School. Right the actually important part..... I can't walk on the ground. Yup you heard me, I can't walk on the ground. Back a long time ago there were these people who didn't walk on the ground but, instead swing from tree to tree not ever daring to touch the world below them. Now today it's a rare condition. Only one out of millions will get this condition. Lucky me. I've heard that when you touch the ground it burns. Joy. I've never done it before but, my grand dad has told me. Yes I have someone out there in the world like me. Usually when one is born the other one dies but, some how he's pushing 90 and going strong. I've never had anyone question me until now. A new kid comes and thinks the school is crazy with letting me walk on top of lockers and desks. And some how I seem to actually want to become friends with him.
