Gilbert and Roderich have been having a secret relationship for quite some time, but because of social pressure and his own fear of being found out, Roderich decides to break it off and marries their friend Elizaveta, telling himself that it's the best for both of them. However, it turns out that by doing so he might have hurt Gilbert much, much worse than he'd intended.
